Time Shifting:

Time shifting is where you can record video while watching a live TV/Video feed on your machine and also let you pause, rewind or replay a part of the live feed while the rest of the live feed continues to be recorded.

Though the Asus Deluxe board supports this feature, it does not have a TV-tuner. So, the additional TV-tuner is going to cost you. Also, the time shifting bundle just does what it's supposed to do without much appeal or user-friendliness. And you asked what TV tuner cards are compatible?…your guess is as good as mine, there's not a clue about this on the box.

Video Capture:

Check out the pictures we have captured, using the V7700 Deluxe and ATI's All-In-Wonder. As you can see the video capture quality of the V7700 deluxe is not the best in the market.Though the V7700 deluxe is good enough for recording your favorite talk show on TV it is not up to standard for capturing screens for presentations or archiving those precious family get togethers. The ATI AIW's capturing capabilities are much better, and the Asus V7700 deluxe's capture hardware just falls short of good quality shots.
