Before receiving the Tankstick we really didn’t know what to expect, however upon receiving the over sized package we all were pretty stunned to see how big this controller really is.

The size of the Tankstick gives comfortable room for two players to use it at the same time as intended. Opening up the box you’re offered with a very well packed Tankstick fully wrapped in plastic wrap with added Styrofoam support on the sides. Included in the standard package are also cables to connect the Tankstick to either a USB/PS2 keyboard, Console cable to attach to various types of consoles, user manual and 2 CDs bundled with arcade games.

The Tankstick in Detail

After being awed by the sheer size of the Tankstick, next thing you realize is its build quality. As the specs themselves state this controller is built of 20lbs of high quality arcade parts which includes 8 arcade style buttons for each player, 2 authentic arcade joysticks and a full sized trackball in the centre. There are also two buttons on the top centre for single and two player selections.

The Joystick has an 8 way degree of movement and their feel really do bring back memories. Then you get 8 button controllers for each player.

There is also two buttons on the side of the controller. The left most button on both sides act as flippers when playing games like Pinball. The right button acts as a coin insert button.
