Introduction 

A couple of months back we reviewed Diamonds Rio 500 portable MP3 player and we were very impressed with what it had to offer. With about 2 hours of continues music playback stored in the 64MB's of RAM the RIO 500 faired pretty well at our hands. In fact Technoyard gave it a 92% rating. But at the rate technology advances, yesterday's product is no match for today's offering. That said, what we have for you today is Creative's latest NOMAD JUKEBOX which has a hard disk capacity of 6GB that gives 100 hours of continuous music playback, which is around 1500 songs in the MP3 format. Now compare that to the mere 32 or 64MB's of storage most portable MP3 players have to offer!!

Of course the NOMAD JUKEBOX is about the size of a portable CD player and comparatively much larger than the RIO 500 but that's the price you pay for 100 hours of continuous music.
